Mzdový systém v podniku

Earning system in the enterprise
Abstract:
Tato práce se zaobírá mzdami a analýzou konkrétního mzdového systému v podniku. V první části jsou vysvětleny základní pojmy a je vytvořen teoretický rámec pro následující praktickou část. Druhá část analyzuje mzdový systém ve vybraném podniku a ukazuje možné změny existující mzdového systému navržené autorem.
Abstract:
This bachelor thesis deals with wages and analysis of wage system in a company. In the first part, there are explained the basic terms and is created theoretical framework for the following practical part. The second part analyses the wage system in the particular company and shows possible changes of existing wage system suggested by author.
