The effectiveness of corporate training within the framework of Talent Management from employee-viewpoint

Abstract:

Tato magisterská diplomová práce se zabývá zjišťováním efektivity rozvoje klíčových zaměstnanců firmy. Tito zaměstnanci jsou součástí Talent programu, zaměřeného na vzdělávání a rozvoj výkonných pracovníků. V teoretické části se věnuji obecně podnikovému vzdělávání, zdůrazňuji důležitost fungování Talent managementu v organizaci a snažím se vysvětlit, proč jsou klíčoví zaměstnanci pro organizaci důležití. Empirická část práce zachycuje popis kvantitativně zvoleného výzkumu , tj. zvolené hypotézy, vzorek a statistickou analýzu nasbíraných dat.

Abstract:

This diploma thesis deals with the effectiveness of the key employees' development. These employees are part of the Talent program which is focused on training and development of the execuvive employees. The theoretical part deals with general corporate training, I emphasize the importance of the function of the Talent management in the organization and explain the importance of the key employees. The empiric part of the thesis contains the description of the chosen quantitative research ie. chosen hypothesis, sample and statistic analysis of the collected data.
