Needs of Primiparous Women and Multiples Women in Puerperium

Abstract:

Bakalářská práce se zabývá problematikou potřeb prvorodiček a vícerodiček v období šestinedělí. Práce je rozdělena na teoretickou a praktickou část. Teoretická část se zabývá specifickými potřeby hospitalizovaných těhotných žen a potřeby obecně. Dále sumarizuje poznatky o období fyziologického i patologického šestinedělí a změnách v těle šestinedělky. Praktická část práce je věnována výzkumu pomocí anonymního dotazníkového šetření, který byl proveden u vybrané skupiny žen v období šestinedělí, za pomocí dotazníku PNAP. Analýza a interpretace získaných dat poskytuje srovnání potřeb u prvorodiček a vícerodiček a informace o důležitosti a naplněnosti potřeb žen v období šestinedělí.

Abstract:

The bachelor thesis deals with the issue of the needs of first-time mothers and multiparous mothers in the puerperium. The thesis is divided into theoretical and practical parts. The theoretical part deals with the specific needs of hospitalized pregnant women and needs in general. It also summarizes the knowledge about the period of physiological and pathological puerperium and the changes in the body of puerperium women. The practical part of the thesis is devoted to the research using an anonymous questionnaire survey conducted among a selected group of women during puerperium, using the PNAP questionnaire. The analysis and interpretation of the data obtained provide a comparison of the needs of primiparous and multiparous women and information about the importance and fulfilment of the needs of women in the puerperium.
