Táto diplomová práca sa zaoberá pracovnými hodnotami a psychologickou zmluvou u mileniálov. Cieľom práce bolo preskúmať dôležitosť pracovných hodnôt a psychologickej zmluvy u mileniálov a porovnať prípadné rozdiely s generáciou X.
