Analysis of legal regulations of banking

Abstract:

Diplomová práce na téma „Analýza právní úpravy bankovnictví“ je zaměřená na to, jak právní předpisy vztahují na činnost centrální a komerčních bank a jak uskutečňuje bankovní regulace a dohled. První část popisují základní právní normy, a co to je bankovní právo. Druhá část charakterizuje bankovní strukturu v České Republice obecně a podle kterých zákonů banky realizují svou činnost. Ve třetí části detailně posoudím dohled s hlediska Basilejského výboru, a jak Basel ovlivňuje právní úpravu bankovnictví. Na konci budu věnovat pozornost evropským právním předpisům na příkladu třech orgánů.

Abstract:

Diplom work on theme "Analysis of the legal regulations of banking" is focused on how the laws apply to the activities of the central and commercial banks, and how realized banking regulation and supervision. The first part describes the basic legal norms, and what is it banking law. The second part describes the structure of banking in the Czech Republic in general and laws which banks conduct their activities. The third part will consider in detail the Basel Committee, Basel and how treatment affects banking. At the end, I will pay attention to European legislation on the example of three authority.
