Abstract:

KLIMEŠ, Michal. Sledování pohybové aktivity hráčů ve výkonnostním fotbale v rámci soutěže U19 Divize B. Ústí nad Labem: Pedagogická fakulta Univerzity Jana Evangelisty Purkyně, 2024. 82 s. Diplomová práce. Tato diplomová práce se věnuje problematice sledování externího zatížení hráčů během soutěžních utkání ve fotbale u staršího dorostu. Pro sledování hráčů byla použita technologie GPS. Šetření proběhlo v podzimní části sezóny 2023/2024 v jedenácti vybraných soutěžních utkáních v rámci fotbalové soutěže U19 Divize B. V úvodu teoretické části naší práce se věnujeme charakteristice současného fotbalu a věkovým zvláštnostem dorostenecké kategorie spojené s cíli pro sportovní přípravu. V další části vymezujeme strukturu herního výkonu, nároky na vnitřní a vnější zatížení a diagnostiku herního výkonu. Závěr teoretické části patří periodizaci sportovního tréninku a poznatkům dalších autorů, kteří se zabývali monitorováním externí zátěže během fotbalových utkání. Praktická část práce se zabývá interpretací výsledků observační analýzy lokomoce hráčů na jednotlivých hráčských funkcích v poli: krajní obránce (n = 10), krajní záložník (n = 11), střední obránce (n = 11), střední záložník (n = 17) a útočník (n = 8). Celkem zahrnoval hodnocený vzorek 57 hráčů. Mezi sledované parametry práce patří celková překonaná vzdálenost, dosažená maximální rychlost, podíly intenzity v různých rychlostních zónách, překonaná vzdálenost při různých zónách rychlosti, počty sprintů, akcelerací a decelerací. Porovnáváme dosažené výsledky mezi jednotlivými posty a poločasy utkání.

KLIMEŠ, Michal. Tracking the physical activity of players in competitive football within U19 Division B. Ústí nad Labem: Faculty of Education, University of Jan Evangelista Purkyně, 2024. 82 p. Master's thesis. This master's thesis deals with the issue of monitoring players' external load during competitive football matches in the U19 category. GPS technology was used to track players. The research was conducted during the autumn part of eleven selected competitive matches within the U19 Division B football competition in the 2023/2024 season. In the introduction of the theoretical part of our work, we focus on the characteristics of modern football and the age-specific characteristics of the youth category associated with goals for sports preparation. In the next section, we define the structure of game performance, the demands on internal and external load, and the diagnostics of game performance. The conclusion of the theoretical part addresses the periodization of sports training and the findings of other authors who have dealt with monitoring external load during football matches. The practical part of the thesis deals with the interpretation of the results of observational analysis of players' locomotion in individual player positions on the field (full-back (n = 10), winger (n = 11), central defender (n = 11), midfielder (n = 17), and forward (n = 8)). The total size of the evaluated sample is n = 57 players. The monitored parameters of the work include total distance covered, maximum achieved speed, intensity shares in different speed zones, distance covered in different speed zones, number of sprints, accelerations, and decelerations. We compare the results achieved between individual player positions and halves of matches.
