Abstract:
Cílem diplomové práce je zjistit aktuální stav řízení vztahů s dodavateli v podniku a vytvořit projekt na jeho optimalizaci. Projektu předchází literární rešerše na témata partnerství, řízení kvality, procesů, rizik, nákupu, výběr a hodnocení dodavatelů a okrajově informační systém. Abstract:
The aim of the thesis is to find out the current state of the management of relations with suppliers in the company and to create a project for its optimization.The project is preceded by a literature search on the topics of partnership, quality management, processes, risks, purchasing, selection and evaluation of suppliers and, marginally, the information system.
