The purpose of this thesis is to confirm or disprove the hypothesis about the possibility of applying the change curve as a tool for anticipating changes in productivity of employees during greater change in internal systems, such as the implementation of a new ITSM tool. Cieľom tejto diplomovej práce je pomocou prípadovej štúdie potvrdiť, alebo vyvrátiť hypotézu o možnosti aplikovania krivky reakcií na zmeny, ako nástroj pre predvídanie zmeny produktivity zamestnancov pri väčšej zmene v interných systémoch, akou je aj implementácia nového ITSM nástroja.
