The process of reaction to changes in the implementation of a new ITSM tool in a multinational company - case study

Abstract:

The purpose of this thesis is to confirm or disprove the hypothesis about the possibility of applying the change curve as a tool for anticipating changes in productivity of employees during greater change in internal systems, such as the implementation of a new ITSM tool. The thesis also proposes several recommendations on how to avoid common mistakes and how to proceed in a similar implementation to keep the negative changes in the performance of employees as low as possible.

Abstract:

Cieľom tejto diplomovej práce je pomocou prípadovej štúdie potvrdiť, alebo vyvrátiť hypotézu o možnosti aplikovania krivky reakcií na zmeny, ako nástroj pre predvídanie zmeny produktivity zamestnancov pri väčšej zmene v interných systémoch, akou je aj implementácia nového ITSM nástroja. Zároveň práca navrhuje niekoľko doporučení, ako sa vyhnúť zvyčajným chybám, a ako postupovať pri obdobnej implementácií, aby boli negatívne zmeny vo výkonnosti zamestnancov čo najnižšie.
