Abstract:
Ve své práci jsem se věnoval konkurznímu řízení, které je definováno v zákoně č. 328/1991 Sb.,o konkurzu a vyrovnání , v platném znění. Tento zákon upravuje práva a povinnosti účastníků konkurzního řízení a dalších zúčastněných osob.
Abstract:
My work has been targeted the competitive examinations, which is defined by the law number 328/1991 about competition and balance, in statues at large. This law has been organized justice and obligation all participators of competatitive examinations.
