Tato bakalářská práce se zabývá instituty azylu a doplňkové ochrany v právu EU. Jejím cílem je reflektovat nedostatky Společného evropského azylového systému a nastínit možná řešení. Práce nejprve popisuje současnou mezinárodní úpravu azylového práva, aby následně mohla přistoupit k úpravě v právu EU. The thesis deals with the institutes of asylum and subsidiary protection in EU law. Its objective is to reflect the deficiencies of the Common European Asylum System and outline possible solutions.
