Cílem diplomové práce je najít tržní hodnotu UniCredit Bank Czech Republic, a.s. V první části jsou popsána specifika bankovního odvětví. The aim of this diploma thesis is to find the market value of UniCredit Bank Czech Republic, a.s. In the first part the specifics of the banking sector are described. Next part is introducing each method of the valuation of banking institutions.
