Adaptive system for automated proposal of recommended products in the online store

Abstract:

Tato práce se zabývá návrhem a implementací doporučovacího systému v internetovém obchodě zaměřeného na prodej potravin. Práce se dále zabývá návrhem vlastního řešení pro doporučování produktů pomocí expertního systému na základě vstupních parametrů. Těmi jsou - hodnocení produktu, podobnost produktů a koeficient získaný z historie nákupů. Práce obsahuje analýzu současného stavu možných přístupů, jejich problémů a řešení těchto problémů. Následně pak obsahuje návrh a implementaci vlastního řešení. Systém kombinuje kolaborativní přístup (použití algoritmu SVD na hodnocené produkty) a filtrování podle obsahu (použití algoritmu TF-IDF na prohlížené produkty) spolu s využitím expertního systému. Dále pak práce obsahuje testování navrženého systému na reálných uživatelích a výsledky jednotlivých testování spolu s rozborem těchto dat. Závěr práce se pak věnuje průběhu implementace a zhodnocení navrženého systému. Také jsou zde navrženy možné úpravy a vylepšení stávajícího systému.

Abstract:

The thesis is focused on design and implementation of recommendation system in the online grocery store. The thesis also focused on design of own solution for product recommendations using and expert system based on input parameters. This thesis includes and an analysis of the current state of possible approaches, their problems and solutions of these problems. This thesis further contains the design and implementation of its own solutions together with the use of an expert system. The system combines a collaborative filtering (SVD algorithm) and content-based filtering (TF-IDF algorithm) together with the use of and expert system. Furthermore, the thesis contains testing of the proposed system on real users and the results of individual testing with the analysis of this data. In the end, the thesis is focused on course of implementation and evaluation of the proposed system. There are also designed possible modifications and improvments of current system.
