Abstract:

Bakalářská práce se věnuje otázce přizpůsobení služeb vybraného obchodního centra potřebám zrakově postižených spotřebitelů. Pomocí kvantitativního a kvalitativního výzkumu pomocí dotazníkového šetření a řízeného rozhovoru srovnává potřebu zrakově postižených po specializovaných službách a zvýšení návštěvnosti v návaznosti na tyto služby spolu s ochotou obchodního centra tyto služby zavést. Kritizuje situaci obchodních center ve směru k inkluzi zrakově postižených, podává návrhy, jak situaci zlepšit a dochází k závěru, že největším problémem je velké diferencování pravomocí v rámci jednoho stavebního objektu, jakým obchodní centrum je. Řešení nachází v zavádění takových služeb, ke kterým stačí pouze pravomoc centra, jako takového a dalším jednání o tématu se subjekty vlastnícími zbytek pravomocí.

Abstract:

The bachelor thesis apply of the issue of adapting the services of a selected shopping center to the needs of visually impaired consumers. Using quantitative and qualitative research through a questionnaire survey and guided interview, it compares the need of visually impaired for specialized services and the increase of attendance with connection to these services, along with the willingness of the shopping center to implement these services. It criticizes the situation of shopping centers in the orientation to inclusion of visually impaired , suggests how to improve the situation and concludes that the biggest problem is the great differentiation of competences within the same building, such as a shopping center is. The solution finds in the introduction of such services, for which only the competence of the Center is sufficient and further negotiations on the subject with entities owning the rest of the competence.
