Abstract:
Cílem této diplomové práce je nalezení a zhodnocení možných exaktních metod vhodných pro hodnocení vlastností plechů používaných v automobilovém průmyslu. V rámci výzkumu jsou plechy, zejména jejich povrchy včetně ochranných vrstev, studovány technikami XPS, SEM, 4-bodovou metodou a profilometrií. Pro účely práce jsou vybrány různé druhy plechů. Abstract:
The aim of this thesis is to find and evaluate possible exact methods suitable for evaluation of the properties of sheets used in the automotive industry. In the research, the sheets, especially their surfaces including protective layers, are studied by XPS, SEM, 4-point method and profilemetry.
