Cílem této bakalářské práce je porovnání výhodnosti úvěru ze stavebního spoření a hypotéky při nákupu nemovitosti v ČR. První část práce představuje teoretické poznatky z oblasti bankovního systému v ČR, hypotéky a úvěru ze stavebního spoření.
