The influence of peer groups to juvenile delinquency

Abstract:

Bakalářská práce se zabývá vlivem vrstevnických skupin na kriminalitu mládeže. V teoretické části je cílem definovat pojem kriminalita mládeže a nastínění úvodu do této problematiky. Tomuto cíli se věnuje první kapitola, ve které jsou definovány pojmy kriminality mládeže, příčiny vzniku kriminality mládeže, dále jsou zde popsány znaky trestné činnosti mládeže, typologie mladistvých delikventů a také aktuální statistické údaje. Dalším cílem je popsat vliv vrstevnických skupin na kriminalitu mládeže. V následujících kapitolách je popsána charakteristika vrstevnických skupin a dále jejich vliv na jedince a s ním spojená rizikovost vzniku kriminality. V souvislosti s praktickou částí je v poslední kapitole teoretické části popsána problematika postojů, jejich definice, druhy, dělení, funkce a měření. Cílem praktické části je vysledování postojů dospělé populace na kriminalitu mládeže a na vliv vrstevnických skupin a dále jsou vytyčeny specifické cíle. Mezi specifické cíle patří zjištění rozdílu v postojích mezi muži a ženami, mezi muži mladé dospělosti a muži starší dospělosti a mezi ženami mladé dospělosti a ženami starší dospělosti.

Abstract:

The text of the abstract The bachelor thesis deals with the influence of peer groups to juvenile delinquency. In the theoretical section is intended to define the concept of crime and brief introduction to this topic. This objective is covered by the first chapter, in which are the terms of juvenile delinquency, causes of youth crime, it further describes the characteristics of juvenile crime, typology of juvenile offenders, as well as current statistics on this phenomenon. Another aim of the theoretical part is to describe the influence of peer groups to juvenile delinquency. The following chapters describe the characteristics of peer groups and their impact on individuals and the associated risk of crime. In connection with the practical part is the last chapter of the theoretical part describes the issue of attitudes, their definitions, types, classification, function and measurement. The practical part is tracing the attitudes of adults to juvenile delinquency and the influence of peer groups, and more specific objectives. The specific objectives are to determine the difference in attitudes between men and women, between young adult men and older adult men and between young adult women and older adult women.
