Abstract:
Tato diplomová práce si klade za cíl zjistit, zdali jsou pociťované potřeby vzdělávání technickohospodářských pracovníků v souladu s tím, co považují za potřeby vzdělávání vybraní TOP manažeři včetně personálního manažera. The main topic of this thesis is finding whether the training needs wanted by techno economic workers (felt as important for them) is in step with opinions of selected Top managers and with human resources manager.
