Diplomová práce komplexně analyzuje institut dispozičního oprávnění v insolvenčním řízení. Práce si klade za cíl vymezit práva a povinnosti vyplývající pro nositele tohoto institutu a vymezit přechod dispozičního oprávnění v jednotlivých fázích řízení a způsobech řešení úpadku. This diploma thesis provides a comprehensive analysis of the concept of the disposal right in insolvency proceedings. The thesis aims to define the rights and obligation of the holder of this institute and to outline the transition of the disposal right at the various stages of the proceedings and in different methods of resolving the insolvency.
