Abstract:
Práce je zaměřená na hodnocení stavu výživy hospitalizovaných pacientů na geriatrickém oddělení, zjištění, zda jsou pacienti informováni o své dietě a o omezeních z ní vyplývajících, rozdíly v příjmu stravy před a během hospitalizace a na problémy, které mohou být příčinou nedostatečné výživy. The thesis is focused on in-patientnutrition state assessment at a geriatric ward, on finding out whether the patients are informed about their diets and following restrictions, on food intake differences before and during hospitalization and on problems caused by insufficient nutrition.
