Development of a business concept in the restoration services industry

Abstract:

Práce se zabývá rozvojem podnikatelského konceptu v oblasti restauračních služeb za použití tlakové vodní myčky. Cílem práce je zanalyzovat model služeb čištění exteriéru tlakovou myčkou a odhalit širší potenciál podniku. Zároveň skrze podnikatelský plán zhodnotit, zda je vhodné podnik dále rozšiřovat. Práce se v teorii zaměřuje na strukturu podnikatelského plánu a v praktické části ho aplikuje na sledovaný podnik. Součástí praktických analýz byla provedena analýza trhu a podniku, technických a technologických záležitostí, marketingu, finančního plánu a rizik. Zároveň byla provedena analýza recenzí obsloužených zákazníků touto službou. Závěrem práce skrze analýzy v praktické části bylo potvrzeno, že firma má potenciál životaschopnosti a je tedy adekvátní, aby podnikatel v podnikání pokračovat. Základem je však předpoklad, že firma adaptuje navržené a zanalyzované investice. Výsledek této práce poskytuje podnikateli širší náhled na jeho firmu, díky kterému může s podnikem lépe pracovat a dále ho rozvíjet.

Abstract:

Thesis focuses on the development of a business concept in the field of restoration services using a water-powered pressure washer. The aim of the thesis is to analyze the pressure washing cleaning service model and uncover the broader potential of the business. Additionally, through a business plan evaluation, it assesses whether further expansion of the enterprise is suitable. The theoretical part of the thesis focuses on the structure of a business plan, while the practical part applies it to the specific business. The practical analysis includes market and company analysis, technical and technological considerations, marketing, financial planning, and risk analysis. Furthermore, customer reviews of the provided service were analyzed. In conclusion, based on the practical analysis, it has been confirmed that the company has the potential for viability, and it is therefore appropriate for the entrepreneur to continue with the business. However, it is essential for the company to adopt the proposed and analyzed investments. The outcome of this thesis provides the entrepreneur with a broader understanding of their business, enabling them to work more effectively and further develop it.
