Práca je zameraná na použitie metódy PERT pri riadení veľkého projektu. Cieľom práce je podať teoretický popis tejto metódy a následne budú teoretické poznatky využité pri riadení konkrétneho projektu, teda výstavbu arény pre zábavný priemysel.
