Tématem mé diplomové práce jsou činnosti personálního oddělení. V první části práce se věnuji obecně tématu lidských zdrojů, personálnímu oddělení a personální strategii. Další část je hlavní částí mé diplomové práce, zabývám se v ní jednotlivými činnostmi personálního oddělení.
