Role of MR spectroscopy in high-grade glioma recurrence diagnostics
Abstract:
Snahou této práce bylo zjistit použitelnost MR spektroskopie pro odlišení poléčebných změn (pseudoprogrese) a recidivy tumoru u pacientů po komplexní onkologické léčbě pro vysokostupňový primární mozkový nádor a stanovit prahové hodnoty k odlišení recidivy.
Abstract:
The aim of this study was to evaluate the feasibility of the MR spectroscopy for a diferentiation of posttreatment changes (pseudoprogression) and a tumor recurrence in patients after complex oncologic treatment of a high-grade glioma and to determine thresholds for the recurrence.
