The features of supportive and controlling approach in the process of the individual planning in the selected organization

Abstract:

Práce pojednává o individulním plánování s osobami s duševním onemocněním schizofrenního okruhu. Představuje specifika této skupiny a omezení, které s sebou toto onemocnění přináší. V kapitole o schizofrenii je zmíněn problém stigmatizace a selfstigmatizace osob s duševním onemocněním a téma komunitního přístupu v psychiatrii. Představuje standardy kvality sociálních služeb, zejména standard 5, který pojednává o indivudiálním plánovní. V práci se hovoří o kontrolujícím a pomáhajícím/podporujícím přístupu v sociální p práci obecně. Pak v rámci v výzkumné části jsou sledovány konkrétní projevy projevy podpory a kontroly a podpory v procesu individulního plánování ve vybraném zařízení.

Abstract:

The work is about the individual planning with the mentally ill people especially with those suffering with schizophrenia. It introduces the specifics and handicaps in the social functioning of this target group, it mentions also the stigma and self stigmatization of the mentally ill people. It also remindes the community perspective in the psychiatric care. The work also presents the system of the quality standards in the social services. It focuse on the 5th standard, which is abou the individal planning The work talks about the controlling and the supportive approach in social work in general and than in the research part it talks about the features of control and support which were found in the individual planning process int the selected organization.
