Abstract:

Diplomová práce se zabývá obezitou u žáků mladšího školního věku, metodami zjišťování obezity, zdravým životním stylem, pravidly pro prevenci obezity a především možnostmi školy při budování vědomého (zdravého) životního stylu. Uvádí konkrétní výstupy a učivo, prostřednictvím kterých by škola měla naplňovat cíl základního vzdělávání, učit žáky aktivně rozvíjet a chránit fyzické, duševní a sociální zdraví a být za něj odpovědný. Výzkumná část se skládá ze dvou částí. V prvním výzkumném šetření je identifikováno zastoupení obézních žáků z pohledu různých ukazatelů obezity (BMI, WHR, % tuku). Zkoumaným vzorkem jsou žáci 4. a 5. ročníků základních škol jemnického a dačického regionu (ZŠ Jemnice, ZŠ Lubnice, ZŠ Dešná u Dačic). Data jsou vyhodnocena pomocí základních statistických charakteristik. Pomocí t-testu porovnány dva soubory (chlapci, dívky). Evaluaci obezity doplňuje druhé výzkumné šetření životního stylu u sledované věkové kategorie. Nástrojem pro sběr dat je nestandardizovaný dotazník vlastní konstrukce. Zkoumaným vzorkem jsou žáci 4. a 5. ročníků základních škol jemnického a dačického regionu (ZŠ Jemnice, ZŠ Lubnice, ZŠ Dešná u Dačic, ZŠ Dačice).

Abstract:

The diploma thesis deals with the obesity rate of pupils at primary schools, using the methods for identifying the obesity rate, with healthy lifestyle, rules for obesity prevention and especially with potential schools can use for providing conscious (healthy) lifestyle. In the thesis there are the outputs and curriculum which should be used by schools in order to reach the aim of primary education to learn pupils actively develop and protect physical, mental and social health and be responsible for it. The empirical part is comprised of two parts. The first research identifies the representation of obese pupils by different indexes of obesity (BMI, WHR and fat percentage) at primary schools at the age category of 4th and 5th classes. The research sample included pupils from primary schools of Jemnice and Dačice region (primary schools in Jemnice, Lubnice, Dešná near Dačice). Basic statistical methods were used to evaluate these data. T-test was used to compare two categories – boys and girls. The evaluation of obesity is accompanied by a survey of lifestyle of the observed age group. I used my own non-standardized questionnaire as a tool for collecting the data. The research sample consists of pupils at the age category of 4th and 5th classes at schools of Jemnice and Dačice regions (Primary schools in Jemnice, Lubnice, Dešná near Dačice and Dačice).
