Abstract:

V této bakalářské práci bych chtěl tento nápad prozkoumat a připravit podnikatelský plán otevření kavárny «Ave» v Praze. «Ave» funguje převážně jako kavárna pro střední třídu a nabízí chutné saláty, občerstvení, polévky, jídla, pouště, teplé i studené nápoje, alkohol i nealkohol. Hlavními klienty v první polovině dne budou administrativní pracovníci, kteří si koupí pracovní oběd. Ve druhé polovině budou lidé, kteří chtějí trávit čas se svou rodinou nebo přáteli, mají skvělou večeři nebo pít alkohol. Hlavním cílem této diplomové práce je vypracování podnikatelského plánu pro zřízení kavárny. Projekt bude založen na hloubkových analýzách životního prostředí, včetně dílčích plánů organizace práce, personálních zdrojů, marketingu a financí.

Abstract:

In this bachelor thesis I would like to explore the idea and prepare the business plan of opening café- bar «Ave» in Prague, Czech Republic. «Ave» is being functioned mostly as a café for a middle class and offers delicious salads, snacks, soups, meals, deserts, hot and cold beverages both alcohol and non-alcohol. The main clients in the first half of a day will be office workers who will buy business lunch. In the second half it will be people who will want to spend time with their family or friends, have a great dinner or drink alcohol. The main goal of this thesis is to prepare a business plan for the establishment of a café. The project will be based on in-depth analyzes of the environment, including partial plans for work organization, personnel resources, marketing and finance.
