Cyberterrorism - safety risks

Abstract:

Předkládaná bakalářská práce se zabývá kyberterorismem. Cílem práce je představit základní teoretická východiska dané problematiky, popsat vybrané organizace bojující proti kybernetickým útokům, na základě dotazníkového šetření zjistit úroveň znalostí respondentů ohledně kybernetické bezpečnosti a obeznámenost s problematikou kyberterorismu a představit návrhy a doporučení proti kybernetickým útokům. Práce sestává z teoretické a praktické části. V teoretické části je pozornost zaměřena na základní pojmy související s danou tématikou, jako terorismus, kyberterorismus a počítačová kriminalita. V rámci další kapitoly jsou popsáni hacker či kyberterorista a jsou zmíněny nástroje, techniky a metody kyberterorismu. Praktická část představuje organizace bojující proti kybernetickým útokům, konkrétně CERT, CSIRT, NATO a ENISA, následuje dotazníkové šetření a konkrétní návrhy na zabezpečení proti kybernetickým útokům.

Abstract:

The presented bachelor thesis deals with cyberterrorism. The aim of the thesis is to present the basic theoretical background of the issue, describe selected organizations fighting cyber attacks, based on a questionnaire survey to determine the level of knowledge of respondents about cyber security and familiarity with cyberterrorism and present proposals and recommendations against cyber attacks. The work consists of theoretical and practical part. In the theoretical part, attention is focused on basic concepts related to the topic, such as terrorism, cyberterrorism and cybercrime. The next chapter describes the hacker or cyberterrorist and mentions the tools, techniques and methods of cyberterrorism. The practical part presents organizations fighting cyber attacks, namely CERT, CSIRT, NATO and ENISA, followed by a questionnaire survey and specific proposals for security against cyber attacks.
