Tato bakalářská práce se zabývá problematikou sacharidových příloh ve výživě člověka. Jednotlivé kapitoly se věnují popisu tradičních i netradičních příloh z pohledu živin a kulinární úpravy. This bachelor’s thesis focuses on the question of the carbohydrate side dishes in human nutrition. It describes traditional as well as unconventional side dishes in regard to nutrients and culinary processing.
