Abstract:
Tato práce se zabývá problematikou školního klimatu. Sledovala jsem vztahy mezi několika subjekty ? učitel a žák, rodiče a žák, vzájemné vztahy mezi žáky. Vytvořit příznivé klima je pro současného pedagoga úloha velmi obtížná. Dobré školní klima může mít na žáky pozitivní vliv, a to nejen na jejich jednání, chování, ale i na pracovní a studijní výsledky. První kapitolu jsem rozdělila do tří částí. …more
Abstract:
This work deals with the issue of school climate. I watched the relationship between several subjects - teacher and pupil, parent and pupil and relationships between pupils. It is very difficult to create a favorable climate for the current teacher job.
