The diploma thesis examines the anglicism in the German weekly news magazine Der Spiegel. The first part "Theoretical Introduction" introduces main definitions and charakterizes the chosen magazine mainly from historical and language point of view. Abstract:
Tato diplomová práce se zabývá anglicismy v německém časopisu Der Spiegel. V První části "Teoretický úvod" vymezuje základní pojmy a charakterizuje historii a jazyk časopisu Der Spiegel. Ve druhé části "Adaptace anglicismů" pak zkoumá anglicismy vzhledem k jejich integraci, tvoření slov a významu. Zabývá se mimo jiné i jejich stylistickými funkcemi.
