Cílem této bakalářské práce je zjistit, zda emoční inteligence leaderů ovlivňuje spokojenost jejich podřízených a zaměstnanců. Práce rozdělená na teoretickou a praktickou část, celkem má šest kapitol. The aim of this bachelor thesis is to find out whether the emotional intelligence of leaders affects the satisfaction of their employees. The work is divided into theoretical and practical part and has a total of six chapters.
