Diplomová práce zkoumá komparaci devíti členských států OECD, kdy se snaží nalézt a odpovědět na základní problémy a nedostatky bytové politiky samotné České republiky. Práce vymezuje bydlení jako statek, nabídku a poptávku na trhu bydlení a bytovou politiku, kdy zkoumá modely, typy a metody řešení bytové politiky s jejich nástroji. The thesis examines a comparison of nine OECD member countries, trying to find and answer the basic problems and shortcomings of the housing policy of the Czech Republic itself. The thesis defines housing as a good, supply and demand in the housing market and housing policy, examining models, types and methods of housing policy solutions with their instruments.
