Abstract:
Rozsah stravování v hotelu městského typu Úkolem této práce je analyzovat stav současných stravovacích služeb hotelu Antik*** v Praze a spokojenost zákazníků, kteří hotel navštěvují. Cílem diplomové práce je pomocí marketingového průzkumu dosáhnout zlepšení stravovacích služeb, které zaujmou a přivedou nové zákazníky pro hotel.
Abstract:
Range of Meals in a City – Type Hotel The task of this paper is to analyze the current state of food services in Hotel Antik **** and the satisfaction of customers who visit it. The aim of this thesis is using marketing research to improve catering services that engage and attract new customers for the hotel.
