Adjuvant as Part of Conventional and Mucosal Vaccines
Abstract:
Bakalářská práce se zabývá adjuvans používanými ve vakcínách. V první části jsou definovány základní pojmy týkající se imunitního systému a jeho mechanismy. Druhá část se zabývá imunizací. Ve třetí části jsou shrnuta používaná a nově vyvíjená adjuvans v klasických i slizničních vakcínách.
Abstract:
The bacherol work deals with the adjuvants used in vaccines. The first part defines the basic concepts related to the immune system and its mechanisms. The second part deals with vaccination. The third part summarizes the used and newly developed adjuvants in conventional and mucosal vaccines.
