Abstract:

Diplomová práce „Komunikace ve školním prostředí“ pojednává o problematice komunikace mezi učiteli a rodiči. V teoretické části práce je objasňována problematika komunikace jako takové, dále se blíže specifikuje na komunikaci ve školním prostředí a také na komunikaci učitel-rodič. Je zde objasňována problematika vztahu rodiny a školy. Praktická část je zaměřena právě na komunikaci mezi učiteli a rodiči. Práce se zabývá současnou situací na brněnských základních školách, řeší zkušenosti rodičů i učitelů, porovnává je a snaží se navrhnout nová řešení problémových situací.

Abstract:

Diploma thesis „Communication in the school environment “ deals with communication between teachers and parents. In the theoretical part of diploma thesis is illustrated communication, communication in the school environment and the communication between teacher and parent. In the thesis is illustrated the relationship between school and parents too. The practical part deals with the communication between teachers and parents. Thesis follows up the situation at the Brno Elementary schools. It addresses the experiences of parents and teachers and it tries to propose the new solutions of problematic situations.
