Prevention of Speech Disorders by Children at the Period Before the End of Speech Development

Abstract:

Bakalářská práce prezentuje problematiku prevence poruch řeči u dětí do ukončení řečového vývoje. Je členěna na dvě hlavní části – teoretickou a praktickou. Teoretická část obsahuje dvě kapitoly a vychází z analýzy odborné literatury. Zaměřuje se na fyziologii a patologii vývoje a tvorby řeči, na možnosti stimulace k řeči, poskytování logopedického poradenství a prevenci poruch řeči v České republice. Praktická část představuje výzkumné šetření, které bylo realizováno mezi rodiči a lékaři v Brně. Výsledky plynoucí z průzkumu se týkají informovanosti v oblasti možnosti prevence poruch a stimulace řeči, systému podávání informací a spolupráce lékařů s dalšími institucemi a odborníky při zajišťování logopedické intervence a prevence. V závěru praktické části jsou uvedeny návrhy pro praxi.

Abstract:

The bachelor thesis deals with the topic related to the prevention of children´s speech disorders at the period before the end of speech development. The thesis consists of two parts, introduction and results. “Introduction” represents a critical analysis of the contemporary literature, and consists of two chapters. These chapters are focused on physiology and pathology of the development and formation of speech, as well as on speech stimulation; these are also the main focus of logopedic counselors in the Czech Republic. The practical part presents the research that was conducted between parents and doctors in Brno. The results concern the accessibility of information as far as the prevention of speech disorders and stimulation of speech is concerned. The system of the distribution of information as well as cooperation with other institutions and logopedic experts are also discussed. Practical advise on these topics can be found in the conclusion.
