Organizational structure and providing services for motorists of motels with a three-star-class certification and limited capacity up to 100 beds

Abstract:

Tématem bakalářské práce je organizační struktura motelu s certifikací třídy *** s kapacitou do 100 lůžek a poskytováním služeb pro motoristy. Cílem práce je komparace organizačních struktur a nabídky služeb několika motelů. Pro naplnění cílů jsou zanalyzovány tři tříhvězdičkové motely v České republice (Jetel Králův Dvůr, Dačice, Kobero) a čtyři v Ruské federaci (Nika, Karina, Maximum, Alexander). Výsledkem práce je analýza silných a slabých stránek, organizačních struktur a celkové hodnocení kvality služeb ve vybraných motelech. Bakalářská práce je rozdělena do tří částí. První kapitola je teoretická a obsahuje informace o typech organizačních struktur, o ubytovacích zařízeních, jejich kategorizaci, o třídách ubytovacích zařízení. V druhé analytické části je uvedena charakteristika vybraných motelů, provedena jejich SWOT analýza, porovnání jejich organizačních struktur a poskytovaných služeb, analýza hodnocení služeb motelů hosty. Třetí kapitola práce je návrhová, která se zabývá krátkými a stručnými návrhy v oblasti organizačních struktur a zlepšení služeb motelů.

Abstract:

The topic of the thesis is the organizational structure of the motel certified *** class with a capacity up to 100 beds and services for motorists. The aim of the work is the comparation of organizational structures and services offers several motels. To fulfill the objectives is analyzed in three three-star motels in the Czech Republic (Jetel Kraluv Dvur, Dačice, Kobero) and four in the Russian Federation (Nika, Karina, Maximum, Alexander). The result is an analysis of strengths and weaknesses, organizational structures and the overall evaluation of service quality in selected motels. The thesis is divided into three parts. The first chapter is theoretical and provides information about the types of organizational structures on accommodation establishments, their categorization of classes of accommodation. In the second analytical part, there are characteristics of selected motels, made their SWOT analysis, comparing their organizational structures and services, analysis of assessment services motels guests. The third part is the design part which deals with short and concise proposals of organizational structures and improve motel services.
