U rostlin zajišťuje vícekroková signální dráha (MSP) regulaci mnoha vývojových procesů. MSP dráha je využívána především pro zprostředkování odpovědí skupinou fytohormonů zvaných cytokininy. Dizertační práce se zabývá identifikací faktorů podílejících se na regulaci vnímání hormonálních signálů u rostlin. Phytohormones from the cytokinin group regulate a plethora of fundamental physiological and developmental programs in plants via a multistep phosphorelay pathway (MSP). The Ph.D. dissertation deals with the identification of factors regulating sensitivity of plant hormonal signaling.
