Abstract:

Absolventská práce “Motivy rodičů pro výběr Montessori mateřské školy” má za cíl zjistit, co je motivem rodičů pro výběr Montessori mateřské školy pro své děti. Práce je rozdělena na teoretickou a praktickou část. V teoretické části je čtenář seznámen s předškolním vzděláváním, alternativními školami, jejich definicí, vývojem a tipy. V další kapitole je psáno, co je Montessori pedagogika. V této kapitole je představena zakladatelka Montessori pedagogiky, principy a pojmy. V souvislosti s podáním těchto informací se práce zabývá Montessori mateřskou školou, kde je popsána její legislativa, osnovy a principy montessori pedagogiky, které se nejviditelněji ukazují v Montessori mateřských školách. A nakonec této kapitoli je uvedena organizační forma dne. Poslední kapitolou této části je motivace, kde je definovaný pojem vnitřní a vnější motivace. V praktické části je za pomocí výzkumného šetření ve formě dotazníku zkoumáno, proč si rodiče vybrali Montessori mateřské školy. Jaké faktory působily při výběru mateřské školy, kde se o Montessori pedagogice dozvěděli a co bylo důvodem, že dali své dítě do Montessori mateřské školy.

Abstract:

This thesis "Parents' Motions for the Selection of Montessori kindergarten" aims to find out what parents' motive is for choosing Montessori kindergarten for their children. The thesis is divided into a theoretical and practical part. In the theoretical section, the reader is familiar with pre-school education, alternative schools, their definitions, developments and tips. The next chapter says what Montessori is pedagogy. This chapter introduces the founder of Montessori pedagogy, principles and concepts. In connection with the submission of this information, the work deals with Montessori kindergarten, where its legislation, curriculum and Montessori pedagogy principles are described most visibly in Montessori nursery schools. And finally, this chapter lists the organizational form of the day. The last chapter of this section is motivation, where the defined concept of internal and external motivation is. In the practical part, using a research investigation in the form of a questionnaire, it is examined why parents chose Montessori nursery schools. What factors influenced the choice of nursery school, where they learned about Montessori pedagogy, and what the reason was that they put their child in Montessori nursery school.
