Banská Bystrica 2010 Number of pages: 46 The work is the definition of capital and financial structure of the company, factors that could influence the financial structure of the enterprise and optimizing the financial structure. The financial structure of the firm. It represents the share capital of the components of total capital. This is the proportion of equity and loan capital (liabilities) of the total capital of the firm. The dynamics of the process reflects the proportion of equity and loan capital to increase funding for the operating assets for some time. In the context of the financial structure is important to mention the concept of capital structure - the structure of long-term resources at a certain point in time is part of the financial structure. The work is thematically oriented, flexible, quick response to market changes but also the common problems of financing their activities. Are described all the possibilities of obtaining financial resources to obtain capital from external and internal sources as well as the acquisition of foreign resources in the form of credit. The work includes definitions, functions, types, costs, process operation and the advantages and disadvantages. It is also shown their comparison.

Elena Fetisovová, CSc. Počet strán: 46 Cieľom bakalárskej práce je vymedzenie majetkovej a finančnej štruktúry podniku, faktory pôsobiace na finančnú štruktúru podniku a tiež optimalizácia finančnej štruktúry podniku. Finančná štruktúra podniku. Predstavuje podiel jednotlivých zložiek kapitálu na celkovom kapitále. Ide o podiel vlastného kapitálu a cudzieho kapitálu (záväzky) na celkovej kapitálovej sile podniku. Dynamiku procesu vyjadruje podiel vlastného a cudzieho kapitálu na finančnom krytí prírastku podnikového majetku za istý časový úsek. V súvislosti s finančnou štruktúrou je dôležité spomenúť pojem kapitálová štruktúra – štruktúra dlhodobých zdrojov k určitému časovému okamihu, je súčasťou finančnej štruktúry. Práca je obsahovo orientovaná na flexibilné, rýchlo reagujúce na trhové zmeny ale taktiež na časté problémy s financovaním svojich aktivít. Sú tu opísané všetky možnosti získavania finančných zdrojov, získavanie vlastného kapitálu z externých a interných zdrojov ako aj získavanie cudzích zdrojov úverovou formou. Práca obsahuje definície, funkcie, druhy, náklady, priebeh operácii a tiež výhody a nevýhody. Je tu uvedené aj ich vzájomné porovnanie.
