Determination of sugar content in sample by means of 4-channel enzyme biosensor
Abstract:
The aim of this work was the preparation and optimization of 4-channel enzyme biosensor for determination of sugars in wine. The biosensor was based on an immobilization of four enzymes on surfaces of working electrodes available on the screen printed electrode: glucose oxidase, pyranose oxidase, fructose dehydrogenase, invertase and glucosa isomerase. Náplňou tejto práce bolo teda vytvorenie a optimalizácia 4-kanálového enzýmového bio-senzoru pre stanovenie cukrov vo víne. Boli využité enzýmy glukóza oxidáza, pyranóza oxidáza, invertáza, fruktóza dehydrogenáza a glukóza izomeráza, ktoré spracovávajú zodpo-vedajúce substráty za tvorby produktov využiteľných pri elektrochemickej detekcii.
