Safety Management as a Part of Strategic Management
Abstract:
Tato bakalářská práce se zabývá řízením bezpečnosti jako součástí strategického řízení podniku. V rámci řízení bezpečnosti se zaměřuje na vyhodnocení rizik souvisejících s bezpečností práce. Na základě analýzy je vypracováno hodnocení systému řízení bezpečnosti ve vybraném podniku a je uveden soubor doporučení pro další rozvoj podniku.

This bachelor thesis deals with the security management as a part of strategic management. It focused on the evaluation of the risks associated with occupational health and safety within the security management.
