Selected Methods of Retraining in the Field of Occupational Safety and Health in Hairdressing Courses

Abstract:

Diplomová práce se zabývá vybranými postupy přeškolování v oblasti BOZP u oboru kadeřník. Při zpracování tématu a vlastního autorského přínosu byly v rámci práce stanoveny tři cíle. Prvním cílem bylo shromáždění materiálu a zpracování teoretické části práce v oblasti BOZP pro učební obor kadeřník s využitím v předmětu ?odborný výcvik?. V rámci druhého cíle se jedná o vytvoření dvou didaktických pomůcek ve formě dvou brožur s názvem ?BOZP, PO a první pomoc? a ?Bezpečnost práce v oblasti hygieny a používání přenosného elektrického nářadí v kadeřnických službách?. Tyto materiály, určeny pro přeškolování budoucích i současných kadeřníků, jsou dle zásady názornosti ilustračně doplněny. Třetím cílem je ověření přínosu vytvořených brožur z oblasti BOZP. Jedná se o školení v oboru Kadeřník a následné ověření znalostí studentů. V rámci pedagogické části jde o průzkumné šetření formou dotazníku a ověřování znalostí pomocí didaktických testů. Dosažené výsledky jsou vyhodnoceny s vazbou na stanovené hypotézy a uvedeny formou tabulek a grafů. Výsledkem jsou navržené pedagogické závěry.

Abstract:

The thesis deals with selected procedures of retraining in the field of health safety and preservation in Barber Training Courses. Three objectives were set when working on the topic and author?s own contribution. The first objective was to gather material and to process theoretical part of the thesis in the field of health safety and preservation in Barber training courses with the possible aplication in ?Vocational Training? subject. The second objective was to create teaching aids in the form of two brochures called ?Health Safety and Preservation, Fire Safety and First Aid? and ?Health Safety in the Field of Hygiene and Use of Portable Electric Tools in Barbering?. These materials intended for retraining of future and current barbers are supplemented with illustrations according to the principle of clarity. The third objective was to assess and evaluate the benefits of created brochures. The issue was a training course in Barber Training Courses followed with testing of the student?s knowledge level. In the pedagogical part exploratory research in the form of questionnaire was undergone and knowledge level was tested with didactic tests. Results thus achieved were evaluated in relation with set hypothesis and presented in charts and diagrams. The results are proposed pedagogical conclusions.
