Abstract:

Abstrakt ŠTENGLOVÁ, Kateřina. Diskriminace žen v hotelovém průmyslu. [Bakalářská práce] Vysoká škola hotelová. Praha: 2019. Celkový počet stran 65 Cílem bakalářské práce je seznámení s problémem diskriminace žen a následně jeho prozkoumání za pomoci dotazníkového šetření, které bude aplikováno na veřejnosti a poté ve vybrané destinaci a hotelu. V teoretické části budu vysvětlovat důležité pojmy, které se budou prolínat celou prací, jako je historie diskriminace žen, mateřství, pracovní trh v destinaci, a také popíšu samotnou destinaci. Definuji hotel a jeho náležitosti, město, ve kterém se výzkum bude provádět. Františkovy Lázně. V praktické části mám vymezené tři cíle, ke kterým budu cílit pomocí dotazníkových šetření. První dotazník uplatním ve veřejném sektoru, na laicích ohledně diskriminace žen. Druhý dotazník bude prováděn v hotelu Bajkal ve Františkových Lázních. V návrhové části budu porovnávat výsledky, které jsem vyhodnotila pomocí dotazníků. Budu je dále rozvíjet a snažit se navrhnout nějaké změny, pokud budou potřebné. Abstract ŠTENGLOVÁ, Kateřina. Discrimination Against Women in the Hotel Industry. [Bachelor`s dissertation]. The Institute of Hospitality Management in Prague 8, Ltd. 65 pages. The aim of the bachelor thesis is to introduce the problem of discrimination against women and then to explore it using a questionnaire that will be applied in public and then in the selected destination and hotel. In the theoretical part I will explain important terms that will be interwoven with the whole work. Such as the history of women's discrimination, motherhood, the job market in the destination and also describe the destination itself. I define the hotel and its essentials, the city in which the research will be conducted. Franzensbad. In the practical part I have defined three goals to which I will aim using questionnaire surveys. I will apply the first questionnaire to the public sector, to amateur people about discrimination against women. The second questionnaire will be conducted at the Bajkal Hotel in Františkovy Lázně. In the design part, I will compare the results that I have evaluated the help questionnaires. I will develop them further and try to make some changes if they are needed.
