Abstract:
Obecní policie zaujímá významnou roli při zajišťování veřejného pořádku v obcích České republiky. Policie ČR nedisponuje dostatkem prostředků k zabezpečení pořádku ve všech obcích. Je proto dobré, že obce mají možnost zřídit si vlastní obecní policii a zajistit tak bezpečnost pro své občany. The municipal police engage an important role in the public order provision in the Czech municipalities. The Czech Police does not have a sufficient amount of means to provide order in all municipalities. It is fair that municipalities have the possibility to establish its own municipal police and that way provide security for its residents.
