The strategy of sport club
Abstract:
Diploma thesis deals with the strategic management of sport club. For this thesis we chose football club AC Sparta Prague and we alanyzed it. We used analysis of surroundings and SWOT analysis. The result was to set strategy of AC Sparta Prague, based on the informations from the performed analyzes. Diplomová práca sa zaoberala strategickým manažment športového klubu. Pre túto prácu sme vybrali futbalový klub AC Sparta Praha, ktorý sme analyzovali. Použili sme analýzu prostredia a SWOT analýzu. Výsledkom bolo stanovenie stratégie klubu AC Sparta Praha, na základe informácii s vykonaných analýz. V ďalšej časti práce sme sa, snažili aplikovať získané informácie na klub FC Petržalka 1898.
