Aplikace Situačního Leadershipu v Indonésii: Případová studie Bali
Abstract:
Tato práce pojednává o konceptu Situačního Leadershipu, jeho globální aplikovatelnosti a možných vlivech kulturního prostřední na jeho efektivitu. Případová studie je zaměřena na profesní prostředí v Indonésii, konkrétně na ostrově Bali a zkoumá aplikovatelnost modelu v reálném prostředí. Cílem této práce je navrhnout úpravy modelu tak, aby jeho použití v Indonésii bylo co nejefektivnější.

This work describes the challenges of leadership in cultural environment and focuses on the application of Situational Leadership Model, developed by Paul Hersey and Ken Blanchard. It elaborates on its global applicability and potential clash with cultural specifics of individual national cultures.
