The thesis deals with restrictive effects of insolvency proceedings initiation in Czech Republic, Great Britain and France regarding contemporary trends of insolvency legislation in aforementioned states. Methods of solving debtor’s insolvency are briefly described in order to provide a broader outline concerning the effects they may invoke.
