Abstract:
Předložená práce se zaměřuje na pivovarnický průmysl v Česku. Cílem práce je popsat vývoj pivovarského průmyslu od roku 1989 až po současnost. Jde zejména o vyhodnocení výstavu piva, exportu a importu piva, vývoje počtu pivovarů na území Česka a jejich rozmístění. The presented work focuses on the brewing industry in the Czech Republic. The goal is to describe the development of the brewing industry from 1989 to the present. It includes in particular the evaluation of the state of beer, the export, the development of the numer of breweries in the Czech Republic and their distribution.
